FRANKENMUTH, Mich. – The world’s largest Olympic-style festival for dogs returned this year with for a free two-day family event that drew in dog lovers by the thousands.
The start of the 16th annual Dog Bowl festival took place in Frankenmuth Saturday.
The day started off with the Dock Dogs’ Big Airwave competition followed by a parade of pets down main street.
There were also Weiner dog races, costume contests, and working dog demonstrations.
