GREENSBORO, N.C. – Anyone who has had a birthday during the COVID-19 quarantine knows that it’s hard to be away from family and friends.
For 3-year-old Elizabeth Guthrie, the same problem occurred. Elizabeth loves watching people walk their dogs from the window. So, for her birthday this year, she was surprised with a pooch parade. Her parents organized the parade with lots of dog walkers in their neighborhood.
