Tampa, Florida – More than 350 dogs seized from a Tampa breeding facility in September will finally get their chance to be adopted. Application day for the dogs will be on Sunday, November 10 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, some local dog advocates want to know why these designer dogs are getting the royal treatment from the county, compared to less desirable ones.
