Marion, Ind. – A 12-year-old dog named Sandi is finally headed to her forever home after she spent six years at a shelter in Marion.
Sandi lived at the shelter longer than any staff member had worked there. After being constantly overlooked, she at last had a couple who wanted to adopt her. On Friday, Sandi officially joined their family.
