PEMBROKE PINES, FLA. – Vahid McLaughlin was arrested and charged for taking a puppy from a Pembroke Pines pet shop.
Toby, an 8-week-old Pomapoo, or Pomeranian-Poodle mix was priced at $6,000. In an interview, the man admits to what the video shows. But he says that he took the puppy because it was sick and needed help.
