Brevard County, Florida – Eight dogs, which authorities say were left severely neglected, received much-needed care. Two dogs required a blood transfusion.
These eights dogs were brought to Brevard animal shelters ahead of New Year. SPCA of Brevard in Titusville took the eight small dogs into their care and hope to find new homes for them soon. SPCA volunteers believe the dogs are Lhasa Apsos.
