The owner of a South Vancouver German shepherd with a history of aggressive behaviour has pleaded guilty to a trio of new regulatory offences concerning her dog’s behaviour and must pay $15,000 in fines. She guilty to one count of allowing the dog to bite, attack or injure a person or animal and one count of allowing the dog to be on the street off-leash.
