LOGAN COUNTY, Okla. – Eight five-week-old puppies were thrown over a bridge and left to die before someone found them inside a sealed plastic container over the weekend near South Westminster and Triplett Road in Logan County.
Seven of the puppies survived the horrific fall. Officials with the Bella SPCA call them “The Dwarfs.”
