Dallas, Tex. – Booker T. Washington art students have been drawing and painting shelter animals brought into the classroom.
During this session, students drew two pit bull puppies – Ruby Roo and Russet. The works of art will then be auctioned off at this year’s Concert for Kindness with money raised to help local animal shelters. Over the past 10 years, they’ve raised over $300,000 for local shelters.
