UNION, S.C. – An Upstate man is headed to prison after authorities say he screwed his puppy’s paws to the bathroom wall with a power drill.
Jerdo will serve a four-year prison sentence and will be on probation for three years when he is released.
The puppy in this case has recovered from his injuries and has been adopted.
