A Folsom family was reunited with their dog, Teddy, on Wednesday after he went missing 14 months ago.The Shelton family adopted Teddy when he was just a few weeks old. A few months later, he somehow escaped. A woman who was looking for her own dog found Teddy and helped him get home.
