Henderson, N.C. — An anonymous donor in Vance County is covering the costs of matching hard-to-adopt dogs and cats with new owners.
It’s a heartbreaking reality that overcrowding and euthanasia are weekly issues in many North Carolina shelters. To help the crisis, an anonymous animal-loving donor recently came forward to make all pet adoptions free. The free adoption offer only lasts until Dec. 23.
