MOSES LAKE, Wash. – Hundreds turn out to greet K-9 Chief after successful surgery in Pullman following his shooting while on duty.
Chief was shot by a suspect during a chase, losing an eye & sustaining other injuries. He was rushed to a Moses Lake clinic and later flown to WSU’s Veterinary Unit in Pullman for emergency surgery.
