New York, NY – Bodhi, an Instagram-famous Shiba Inu known for his stylish menswear looks, has passed away.
The news was shared in a heartfelt post on his Instagram account, Mensweardog. His owner, Yena Kim, described Bodhi as more than just a pet, calling him “the fork in the road” that changed her life, career, and personal journey.
Bodhi’s fame began in 2013 when Kim dressed him in menswear as a joke, which quickly gained attention, leading to collaborations with brands like Coach, Casper, and Brooks Brothers. He had over 375,000 followers on Instagram and was a prominent figure in the fashion world.
Kim also styled an entire menswear line for Express and featured Bodhi in a 2018 “Localish Social Superstar” segment.
