Washington, NJ – A gray boxer/mastiff mix named Akela narrowly avoided getting hit by a car, headed for the pond and was stuck.
The dog was neck-deep in mucky water and desperate for a helping hand. A neighbor in the area called Warren County police Wednesday, July 8, 2020. That’s when police sprang into action.
