As Hurricane Dorian tears through the Bahamas, one woman is hunkering down with nearly 100 dogs in her home. Chella Phillips is known as the “crazy dog lady”. Four years ago, she started called The Voiceless Dogs of Nassau, Bahamas, and has rescued nearly 1,000 dogs since. She posted photos to her Facebook page Sunday, showing the dogs walking or lying around her home. As of Monday, more than $41,000 was donated.
