NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A runway show with all the glitter and glamour of New York fashion week came to Westchester this week, but the models were way more interested in treats than fame and fortune.
It might have had the all the chic élan of more famous style events, but this rambunctious affair had a lot more zooming and cheering than your typical staid runway event.
Instead of high fashion, this event featured dogs strutting their stuff, with water bowls and Milk Bones replacing champagne and canapés. The show was filled with lively moments, including a dog trying to impress a celebrity judge and another distracted by treats.
Despite some playful antics, all the dogs were deemed “good boys” and went home with prizes. The event ended on a high note with tails wagging and the after show party in full swing.
