Lost dog finds new home and family at fire department in South Carolina

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. – A lost dog has found a new family at the Piedmont Park Fire Department in Greenville County, South Carolina.

Last month, firefighters returning from a call found her in the middle of the road, right outside the fire station. Despite efforts to locate her owner through calls and social media, no one came forward.

The dog, named Ash by the firefighters, became a beloved part of the firehouse, receiving toys and affection from the crew. If her original owner isn’t found, one firefighter plans to adopt her, ensuring she remains part of their station family.
