Augusta, ME – The Maine State Police have added two new pups to the police pack, a bloodhound with a gift for sniffing and a yellow lab who can track electronic devices.
Pepper, a nine-month-old bloodhound, has been impressively tracking people and items over half a mile, even after several hours. Marley, a Labrador, is trained to locate electronic devices quickly and also serves as a comfort dog.
