Comanche, TX – Sixty-three Chihuahuas rescued from a brutal living situation in Texas are heading to Rhode Island.
Rescuers said it’s a miracle all of them are in healthy condition and that they are weeks away from being in new forever homes.
The dogs are now in the care of several rescues and shelters across the country, including two in Rhode Island.
