NIAGARA COUNTY, NY – The Niagara County SPCA says the officer who helped rescue an abused puppy will be adopting the puppy.
Officials say 6-month-old Hemi was seized from a home after an anonymous caller stated there were two dogs in a backyard that looked to be in rough condition.
