Bee the Shetland Sheepdog, wins the 16″ class at the 2022 WKC Masters Agility

Tarrytown, NY – The 2022 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show is officially underway, and this year’s competition is already shaping up to be a fantastic show.

Dogs participated in two rounds of agility preliminaries on Friday before the field was narrowed down to 50 finalists who competed Saturday night for the title of Masters Agility Champion.

The final runner in the 16″ Class, Bee, a 3-and-a-half-year-old female Shetland Sheepdog, won with a dazzling time of 29.81 seconds.

The Shetland Sheepdog is handled by Jennifer Crank, a resident of Pickerington, Ohio.

This is the first time in Westminster history that a Shetland Sheepdog has won the top honor, officials say.
