FOSTER, R.I. — He’s got a new set of wheels!
Joey, a 6-month-old puppy that was born without front legs, recently became equipped with a customized wheelchair to help him stay active.
A video shows him running around with other dogs that also use wheelchairs.
Joey was recently neutered and put up for adoption. He has been placed in a loving home, with his new owners picking him up Thursday afternoon.
