Dog found 5 years later felt 'like I won $1 million,' owner says

BAYTOWN, TX – A Baytown family is stunned after receiving a message that their dog who was stolen five years ago was found more than 600 miles away.

The German Shepard named Sheba was found when she was picked up by an animal control officer on the street.
