FLORENCE, Ky. – A dog is getting a second chance at life thanks to dog lovers in the Tri-State.
Cincinnati Animal Care took in ‘Nokia’ after he was hit by a car in Westwood back in October 2021.
He was paralyzed and they weren’t sure if he would walk again.
