Dog narrowly escapes death row, smothers new foster parent in kisses

New York, NY – Blue, an abandoned pup was on death row at the Brooklyn pound despite three willing foster families ready to rescue him.

Blue, who had no bite history, was marked for death because of overcrowding in Animal Care Centers of NYC. But the two-year-old mutt ended up in the loving home of a new foster parent at the eleventh hour when advocates started asking questions.
