KERSHAW COUNTY, SC – A man was denied bail today after authorities say he shot at deputies and wounded a dog trying to protect his family.
The dog who is now being seen as a hero. He tried to chase the man off the property despite his wounds. According to the veterinarians, the dog is healing a little bit every day and is expected to recover.
