MOBILE, Ala. – A dog roaming for months with a box stuck on his head has finally been freed, News 5 has learned.
Witnesses said the dog had been roaming near James T Strickland Youth Center for months. The location is near Yerby Drive and Costarides Street.
The City of Mobile Animal Shelter employees and community members have been trying to capture the dog for months to get the box off his head.
