SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. – A Wings of Rescue flight saved 103 dogs from the wrath of Hurricane Delta in the South.
It is the second time in less than a month pets have been evacuated from Louisiana to San Diego due to a hurricane. Once medically cleared and behaviorally assessed, the dogs will be made available for adoption.
