TIMONIUM, Md. — A therapy dogs organization whose mission is to help loved ones heal will be part of this year’s Fallen Heroes Day ceremony.
Debby Rosenberg and her therapy dog, Millie, are ready to provide comfort at the ceremony. A career nurse from Carroll County, Rosenberg is a volunteer with a national nonprofit organization called Crisis Response Canines, which offers help to anyone in the community in need after a traumatic event.
