Athens, GA – Uga X, the former bulldog mascot for the University of Georgia, has died. He was 10
The beloved pup, fondly known as “Que,” died “peacefully in his sleep” on Tuesday morning, according to an announcement from UGA Athletics. Born May 27, 2013, Uga X began his time at the university at age 2 in a collaring ceremony during the Georgia-Georgia Southern football game on Nov. 21, 2015.
We are saddened to announce that Uga X, fondly known as Que, died peacefully in his sleep earlier this morning.
