The Humane Society of the United States, in a recent report, listed its 2020 “Horrible Hundred,” which is a sampling of problem puppy mills and shelters in the country.
The Horrible Hundred report is a list of known, problematic puppy breeding and/or puppy brokering facilities, including some dealers (re-sellers) and transporters. 100 of the country’s known puppy mills has been released for 2020.
