Meet Linus, the therapy dog at the Dakota Children’s Advocacy Center

BISMARCK, N.D. – For years, the Dakota Children’s Advocacy Center had a therapy dog on staff. Sadly, she passed away several years ago. But during the pandemic, the Center filled the open position.

Linus is trained to comfort visitors in a variety of settings. There’s the counseling office, but he’s also authorized to attend children’s forensic meetings where he can help bring a sense of safety to the victim.
