Carroll County, Ohio – One local mom is now trying to change a law after 2 of her dogs died and 1 was injured by another dog. She wants to add Scooter’s Law that would protect domestic dogs and cats by allowing homeowners to use lethal force if an animal attacks a pet on his or her property.
