DALLAS, TX – A Dallas dog owner is speaking out after her pet was fatally mauled over the weekend by another dog at a boarding facility in West Dallas.
Heather Heflin said her 6-year-old terrier mix, which she left in the care of the facility on Thursday, was mauled by a bigger dog.
