NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. – There’s a new four-legged friend on the force.
The North Las Vegas Fire Department on Monday introduced Jersey, a department K9 that will serve for accelerant detection.
Jersey, a 2-year-old yellow lab, previously trained as a disability assistance dog before switching career paths.
