WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, OH – A pup at an Ohio rescue shelter is searching for a new family after someone who had expressed interest in adopting him stood him up.
Jack is a 9-month-old American Bully with a condition known as spina bifida, a birth defect that occurs when the spine and spinal cord don’t form properly.
