OAKLAND, NJ – A disabled and overweight Chihuahua is on the road to recovery after he was rescued from a crate on the side of a highway.
Stanley, who is about 8 years old and weighs 21 pounds, was “disabled and completely helpless,” when he was found. Now the Chihuahua is in a loving foster family and awaiting adoption.
