Brooklyn, NY – Someone dumped a dog outside a grooming service, dropping the poor pooch in his carrier from waist height onto the sidewalk before fleeing, shocking video obtained.
The cowardly casting off of little 11-year-old Whisky, a gray Shih Tzu-Terrier mix, happened in front of Lickers n Sniffers in North Park Slope Wednesday at 6:43 a.m., and infuriated store staff.
