Long Island, NY – A 26-year-old puppy store owner from Nassau County is being charged under New York State Agricultural laws for allegedly selling sick puppies following an exclusive investigation by Eyewitness News.
Nassau Police said Puppy 4 You Inc. in Baldwin sold diseased puppies. They identified the owner of the business as Pecardy Delone, of Baldwin.
