Savannah animal rescue group finds 26 dogs tied up outside, living in poor conditions

Savannah, GA – On Friday, a Savannah animal rescue helped save 26 dogs from what they say was a hoarding situation in Jesup.

“All 26 of the dogs we found were living outdoors, zip tied or locked into outdoor kennels, chain link fences,” said Cody Shelley, volunteer and board member for Renegade Paws Rescue.

Shelley said the rescue of these dogs was all thanks to a community member who spoke up.
