DALLAS, TX – The best friends who adopted Annie were told she’d live a month. She made it a year and gained tens of thousands of followers as she lived out a bucket list.
Annie was surrendered at a Dallas shelter when she was 19 years old. Lauren Siler and Lisa Flores took her in. The best friends knew time was not on their side. But in the end, they got more time than they expected.
