MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – A stray dog looking for a bite to eat put his head into an outdoor cat feeder on Oct. 21. When he’d had his fill, there was a problem. The jug of the feeder was stuck on the his head.
The dog, who’s since been nicknamed Jughead, wandered around the community of Porter, Texas, for around a month with the plastic jug on his head.
