CINCINNATI, OH – Not all wieners are winners, but all winners are wieners.
One hundred dachshund pups – each dressed in a hot dog bun costume – raced Thursday morning for the coveted title of fastest wiener dog in Cincinnati.
Leo the dachshund won the 2021 Running of the Wieners, sprinting about 75 feet in 3.07 seconds. Maple came in second, followed by Frankie.
