A woman got carjacked when she took her 5-year-old Shih Tzu, Happy, for a walk around 3 p.m. Tuesday. Police said two males and a female of unknown age assaulted the victim took her SUV with Happy, the puppy inside. The dog was found around 11:45 a.m inside the abandoned stolen vehicle.
