FORT WAYNE, IN – The 2024 Old Fort Cluster Dog Shows kicked off at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum’s Expo Center, featuring over 1,400 dogs and hosted by the Northeastern Indiana Kennel Club (NIKC).
Joyce McGinnis, a long-time member, expressed her joy in participating, highlighting the shared love of dogs among handlers. Other clubs, like the Marion Kennel Club and the Sporting Dog Club of Indiana, also joined in, emphasizing the care and health of the dogs.
Katherine Smoot, a veteran competitor, appreciates the event for its welcoming atmosphere and the educational opportunities it offers to the public about dog care and breeds.
