MADISON, Wis. – American Family Children’s Hospital announced on Monday that it has welcomed another furry friend to their facility.
Archie, a one-and-a-half-year-old Goldendoodle from Georgia, is now wagging his tail through the Madison hospital hallways.
He will be working with the pediatric hematology and oncology team and will live with his handler, who is a child life specialist.
Archie will now work alongside two other dogs, Cola and Kiko. Hospital officials say they look forward to Archie raising the patient’s spirits.
