BUFFALO, N.Y.- The Buffalo Sabres have introduced Audie, a 10-week-old Great Dane, as their official team dog for the 2024-25 season.
Audie is training to become a service dog through Western New York Heroes Pawsitive for Heroes, with her training funded by the Buffalo Sabres Foundation. She is named after the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium, the team’s former home
This marks the fourth collaboration between the Sabres and Pawsitive for Heroes, following previous service dogs named Rick, Nikki, and Blue, each assigned to veterans.
