MISSOULA, MT – A cheerful group of corgis and other dogs in festive attire took part in the Ugly Sweater Christmas Stroll in downtown Missoula on Saturday afternoon.
The event, which marked the unofficial start of the city’s holiday celebrations, featured dogs wearing holiday sweaters, Santa hats, and more as they paraded down Higgins Avenue.
This year’s stroll was the third annual event, organized by Anna Adams, who described it as a joyful occasion filled with positive vibes. The event is inspired by the Missoula Valley Corgis, a nonprofit group that organizes dog races and activities for schools and nursing homes.
