ST. LOUIS PARK, MN – A St. Louis Park man, Andrew Ortiz, is desperately seeking the return of his dog, Kyah, a 3-year-old Pomeranian Shih-Tzu, who was stolen from his backyard.
The theft occurred just minutes after Ortiz let Kyah outside around 10:00 pm, with the whole incident caught on his neighbor’s Ring camera and his own front door camera.
Ortiz believes the theft was premeditated, as the perpetrators seemed to know his routines and how to avoid cameras.
Despite sharing the footage on social media, Andrew Ortiz has received no solid leads on the theft of his dog, Kyah. Ortiz, the heartbroken owner, just wants his furry family member back.
